10-Min Shallot Chili Noodles

Ingredients
  • 90 g noodles (boiled and drained)
  • 3 tbsp sliced shallots
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 1/4 cup green onions
  • 1 chili
  • 2 tsp chili oil
  • 1 tsp peanut butter
  • 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/2 tsp sesame seeds
Instructions
  1. Heat a frying pan over medium heat, add 2 tbsp cooking oil, garlic, shallots, chili, green onions and ginger. Stir for 1-2 minutes until itโ€™s fragrant.
  2. Add in brown sugar, chili oil, peanut butter and soy sauce. Combine well and add the noodles.
  3. Quickly mix well and remove from heat immediately.
  4. Transfer to a serving plate, sprinkle chopped green onions, extra chili if desired, sesame seeds and sesame oil.
  5. Mix well and enjoyyyy, itโ€™s REALLY GOOD ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜ญ
