Heat a frying pan over medium heat, add 2 tbsp cooking oil, garlic, shallots, chili, green onions and ginger. Stir for 1-2 minutes until itβs fragrant.
2 Add in brown sugar, chili oil, peanut butter and soy sauce. Combine well and add the noodles.
3 Quickly mix well and remove from heat immediately.
4 Transfer to a serving plate, sprinkle chopped green onions, extra chili if desired, sesame seeds and sesame oil.
