In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients in the sauce list and set aside.
In the same pan, add in minced garlic and stir until it's golden or fragrant.
Add shrimps and cook 30 each side. Reduce the heat to low medium, pour the preped sauce and cook in and bring it to a simmer boil.
Cook until the sauce is thickened. Remove from heat.
Pour the shrimps with sauce over the omellete. Sprinkle chopped green onions and serve!
You can squeeze a bit of lemon juice if desired, will be good too! 😍
