Affordable But Gold Vegetable Egg Noodles

You will need
  • 85 g beansprouts (cooked for 30 seconds)
  • 3 bok choys (boiled)
  • 95 g egg noodles (cooked, drained)
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 2 tbsp sliced shallots
  • 1 tbsp cooking oil
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tsp sesame seeds
  • The sauce
  • 1 tsp chili flakes (or less)
  • 1/2 tbsp fish sauce (soy sauce if you want)
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp water
  • 1/2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp sriracha
  • 1/2 tsp rice vinegar

    In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients from the sauce list and set aside.

    Heat a frying pan over medium heat, add oil with garlic, shallots. Stir until they turns golden.

    Pour in the sauce and bring it to a simmer boil.

    Quickly add in noodles, bean sprouts and bokchoy. Toss well for 30 seconds and then add sesame oil with sesame seeds. Remove from heat.

    Transfer to a serving plate, top with a fried egg and sprinkle some sesame seeds for garnish. Enjoyyyyy 😍😍😍
