In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients from the sauce list and set aside.
Heat a frying pan over medium heat, add oil with garlic, shallots. Stir until they turns golden.
Pour in the sauce and bring it to a simmer boil.
Quickly add in noodles, bean sprouts and bokchoy. Toss well for 30 seconds and then add sesame oil with sesame seeds. Remove from heat.
Transfer to a serving plate, top with a fried egg and sprinkle some sesame seeds for garnish. Enjoyyyyy 😍😍😍
