Life Changer – Spicy Chicken With Bell Peppers

This chicken recipe will change your cooking game, I promise!

Ingredient Note!

Chicken: I use chicken breast but thighs are also a great choice too

Bell peppers: You can use your favorite vegetables like carrot, broccoli, cabbage …

Instructions

  1. Place chicken strips into a mixing bowl, add garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper and salt. Mix well and let it sit for 20 minutes

  2. Add flour with egg white and combine. 

    Heat a wok/ shallow pan and add oil to deep fry the chicken strips. Fry over medium heat until golden then transfer to a plate to let it cool down. 

  3. I recommend to fry the 2nd time until crispy golden brown. Put the chicken aside. 

    Prepare the cooking sauce by combining all the ingredients from the list. 

  4. Heat a frying pan over medium heat, add 1 tbsp cooking oil with minced garlic and wait until fragrant. Add in bell peppers and stir for 30-45 seconds before adding the sauce. 

    Bring the sauce to a boil and mix along with bell peppers for less than a minute. 

  5. Add the fried chicken and toss well for a minute, less or more until the sauce is thickened to your liking. Remove from heat and ready to serve. 

  6. I love to serve this over steamed rice, so good!
