Black Pepper Tofu With Broccoli

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Add water with 1/2 tsp salt into a pot and bring it to a boil. Add broccoli and cook for 1 minute.
  2. Transfer to a bowl of cold water and drain. Set aside.
  3. Toss tofu with salt, pepper and cornstarch. Then fry until golden.
  4. Heat a frying pan over medium heat, add ginger and garlic. Stir for 30-45 seconds, stir in broccoli. Cook for a minute.
  5. Put tofu with soy sauce, dark soy, pepper, chili flakes, salt and brown sugar. Toss well.
  6. Stir in cornstarch slurry and cook for about 1 minute then remove from heat.
  7. Serve over rice, so good 🤭❤️
