Crispiest Potato Wedges

Cut potatoes into wedges and place in a bowl of water with salt.

In a medium bowl, combine flour, beer, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, Italian seasonings and salt.

Drain potato and coat well with flour and then put in a flour mixture bowl.

Heat a frying pan over medium high heat, add oil to deep-fry.

Pick each coated potato wedge into a heated oil pan. Fry until its golden brown and CRISPY!

Serve with your favorite sauce
