Crispiest Potato Wedges

Ingredients
  • 4 potatos (cut into wedges)
  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 cup beer
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt + water
Instructions
  1. Cut potatoes into wedges and place in a bowl of water with salt.

  2. In a medium bowl, combine flour, beer, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, Italian seasonings and salt.

  3. Drain potato and coat well with flour and then put in a flour mixture bowl.

  4. Heat a frying pan over medium high heat, add oil to deep-fry.

  5. Pick each coated potato wedge into a heated oil pan. Fry until its golden brown and CRISPY!

  6. Serve with your favorite sauce 🌷
