Place chicken in a bowl then add curry powder, salt and pepper. Combine and set aside for 20 mins.

To make the batter, mix all the ingredients in a bowl.

Coat the chicken with the batter and deep-fry until it’s golden. Transfer to a plate and let it cool down.

Deep-fry 2nd time for extra crispy chicken. Transfer to a mixing bowl.

Use a strainer and place green onions to fry for a min over medium low heat, then add in garlic. Fry until the garlic is lightly golden and hard. It’ll be more crispy when it’s cool down.

Place fried garlic and green onions in the chicken bowl, along with pepper, salt and chili flakes. Shake to coat.

Serve immediately, it’s so crispy and delicious 😋🤭😍😍
