1/2tbsp dark soy sauce (use soy sauce if you don’t have)
2tsp brown sugar
2tbsp ketchup
1/2tsp pepper
A pinch of chili flakes
1/4cup water
Instructions
In a medium bowl, making the sauce by combining all the sauce and spices. Set aside.
Heat a frying pan over medium heat, add 2 tsp oil and sear shrimps until they’re almost cooked. Pull them on a side of the pan and add 2 tsp of oil on the empty side.
Stir in bell pepper and cook 30 seconds before tossing with the shrimps.
Cook them for a minute or less then pour in the sauce. Bring it to a simmer boil.
Add noodles and green onions. Toss well and cook for a minute or just until the noodle is well-coated with the sauce.
Transfer to a serving plate and enjoyyyyy 😍😍😍
