Delicious Pepper Shrimp Noodles

Ingredients
  • 12 medium shrimps (peeled and deveined)
  • 100 g egg noodles (boiled and drained)
  • 130 g bell pepper (I use red and yellow one)
  • 3 green onions (sliced into 2 inch pieces)
  • The sauce
  • 1/2 tsp grated garlic
  • 1/4 tsp grated ginger
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp dark soy sauce (use soy sauce if you don’t have)
  • 2 tsp brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • A pinch of chili flakes
  • 1/4 cup water
Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, making the sauce by combining all the sauce and spices. Set aside.
  2. Heat a frying pan over medium heat, add 2 tsp oil and sear shrimps until they’re almost cooked. Pull them on a side of the pan and add 2 tsp of oil on the empty side.
  3. Stir in bell pepper and cook 30 seconds before tossing with the shrimps.
  4. Cook them for a minute or less then pour in the sauce. Bring it to a simmer boil.
  5. Add noodles and green onions. Toss well and cook for a minute or just until the noodle is well-coated with the sauce.
  6. Transfer to a serving plate and enjoyyyyy 😍😍😍
