Easiest Soy Sauce Chicken Thighs

Sprinkle salt and pepper both sides of the chicken. Give it a massage!

Heat a frying pan over medium heat, this recipe we don't use oil. Place the chicken into the pan, skin side down.
The skin will be crispy and golden.

Turn the chicken over and cook until the bottom is golden brown.

Add in garlic, ginger, soy sauce and honey. Until the bottom is well-coated with the sauce, flip the chicken over. Cook until both sides are soy glazed evenly.

Transfer to a chopping board and slice. Serve with steamed rice and sprinkle sesame seeds.
It's so good! You can add chili flakes to have a little kick too!
