Homemade black pepper sauce!
Ingredients & Substitutes
200g udon 150g beef (flank steak, tenderloin, sirloin)
You can use chicken, tofu, or any protein source you like.
30-40g broccoli ( use more if you like)
Use your favorite veggies, you can add onion, green beans, cabbage, zucchini, carrot…
4-5 tbsp black pepper sauce
70 ml water
1 1/2 tbsp oil
Sesame seeds for garnish

Easy beef broccoli udon in less than 15 minutes
You will need

Heat a frying pan over high heat, add 1 1/2 tbsp oil and beef.

Stir for a few seconds and add in black pepper sauce.

Stir to combine then add water, udon and broccoli.

Cover with a lid and cook over medium heat for 2-3 minutes.

Uncover and give it a toss for about 1 minute before serving.

Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and enjoyyy!
