Beef broccoli udon

Ingredients & Substitutes

200g udon 150g beef (flank steak, tenderloin, sirloin)

You can use chicken, tofu, or any protein source you like.

30-40g broccoli ( use more if you like)

Use your favorite veggies, you can add onion, green beans, cabbage, zucchini, carrot...

4-5 tbsp black pepper sauce

70 ml water

1 1/2 tbsp oil

Sesame seeds for garnish

You will need
  • 200 g udon
  • 150 g beef (flank steak, tenderloin, sirloin)
  • 30-40 g broccoli (use more if you like)
  • 4-5 tbsp black pepper sauce
  • 70 ml water
  • 1 1/2 tbsp oil
  • Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions

    Heat a frying pan over high heat, add 1 1/2 tbsp oil and beef.
  2. 2
    Stir for a few seconds and add in black pepper sauce.
  3. 3
    Stir to combine then add water, udon and broccoli.
  4. 4
    Cover with a lid and cook over medium heat for 2-3 minutes.

    Uncover and give it a toss for about 1 minute before serving.

    Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and enjoyyy!
