Easy Cheesy Chicken Bomb

You will need

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, add chicken, garlic, curry powder, black pepper and salt,. Grind the meat until it's almost smooth like a paste. Don't over do it, otherwise the chicken will be dry after cooked. 

  2. Transfer to a mixing bowl, add in mayo and green onions. Combine well, cover and let it sit for about 15 mins. 

  3. Take about 3 tbsp of meat or less if you want to make smaller balls, flatten the meat and place a piece of cheddar or mozzarella if you prefer. Seal the cheese and dip the ball into the egg wash, then breadcrumbs. Leave a side or fry while preparing.  

  4. Heat a frying pan over medium heat, add oil ( you can deep-fry or shallow fry like me). Be careful place the chicken balls (a question: mine are obviously not balls, how can I call them, help my English please, thank you!)

  5. Fry until golden both sides. Transfer to a plate and enjoy with your favorite sauce or I use mayo mixed with sriracha (1:1) so so good. Please try 😍💯
