Easy Chicken Skewers

You will need
  • 375 g chicken thighs
  • 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp sriracha
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • 1/2 lime (juiced)
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp chili flakes
  • 1 tsp chili paste
  • 4-5 skewers (soaked in water for about an hour to avoid burning)
Instructions
  1. Remove the skin and bones from chicken thighs. Slice into bite size pieces.
  2. Place the chicken in a mixing bowl and add in the remaining sauces and spices. Combine well and cover with plastic wrap. Marinate for at least 3 hours.
  3. Thread the chicken onto skewers tightly, then put into a air-fryer basket.
  4. Air-fry for 10 mins at 185C. Remove and brush with the marinade glaze, air-fry for 5-7 mins until the top turns golden brown.
  5. Flip the chicken skewers and brush with the glaze and air-fry for 5-7 mins until the top turns golden brown.
  6. Remove from air-fryer and enjoyyyyy 😍😍🫶
