Easy Chicken Skewers

Servings: 2
You will need
  • 375 g chicken thighs
  • 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp sriracha
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • 1/2 lime (juiced)
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp chili flakes
  • 1 tsp chili paste
  • 4-5 skewers (soaked in water for about an hour to avoid burning)
Instructions

    Remove the skin and bones from chicken thighs. Slice into bite size pieces.

    Place the chicken in a mixing bowl and add in the remaining sauces and spices. Combine well and cover with plastic wrap. Marinate for at least 3 hours.

    Thread the chicken onto skewers tightly, then put into a air-fryer basket.

    Air-fry for 10 mins at 185C. Remove and brush with the marinade glaze, air-fry for 5-7 mins until the top turns golden brown.

    Flip the chicken skewers and brush with the glaze and air-fry for 5-7 mins until the top turns golden brown.

    Remove from air-fryer and enjoyyyyy 😍😍🫶
