Boil potatoes until they’re soft. Remove from heat and drain.
Let them cool down and put in the fridge for about an hour.
Once the potatoes are ready, cut them into cubes and put in a large mixing bowl.
Add all the spices and 2-3 tbsp coriander. Toss well and transfer to a baking sheet.
Bake at 210C for 45-60 mins until it’s crispy. Sprinkle some more chopped coriander on top.
Serve with your favorite sauce or by itself, SO GOOD 😇
