Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients except egg yolks and cooking oil.
  2. Heat a large frying pan over medium heat, add the batter to make 3-4 pancakes. Carefully create holes at the center of these pancakes.
  3. The yolk goes into each hole. Let it cook for 1-2 minute and flip.
  4. Cook until both sides are golden brown.
  5. Transfer to a serving plate.
  6. Making the dipping sauce by combining all the ingredients from the list.
  7. Serve with the dipping sauce. Enjoyyyy 🌷
