Easy Juicy Air-Fryer Lemongrass Chicken Thighs

Place chicken thighs into a bowl with the remaining ingredients. Use your hands to give the chicken a massage until it’s well-coated.

Cover and put in the fridge overnight.

Put the chicken, skin side down into an air-fryer. Cook for 15 mins at 200C.

Flip the thighs then cook for 5-6 mins more until the skin is golden brown and crispy.

Remove from the air-fryer, let it cool down then slice to serve!

You can serve with rice or make noodle bowl salad or add to your spring rolls! SO GOOD! 💯
