In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients.
Add about 1/2 cup of cooking oil into a frying pan, pour the batter about 1/4 cup (or if you want bigger fritters, then add more). Cook over medium heat.
Check the bottom of each fritter to see if it's golden brown, flip and cook the other side.
Transfer to a serving plate with a small sauce bowl of mayo and sriracha (or any sauce you like)
