You will need

The batter

The dipping sauce

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine flour, cornstarch, turmeric, salt and water. Set aside.

  2. In a mixing bowl, add in all the veggies, toss well.

  3. Pour the wet mixture into a vegetable bowl and combine.

  4. Heat a frying pan over medium heat, add in 2-3 tbsp cooking oil, add the batter and spread evenly.

  5. Let it cook until the bottom gets crispy and golden. Flip and cook for a few minutes until crispy.

  6. Transfer to a chopping board, cut into small pieces.

  7. To make a dipping sauce, combine all the ingredients in a small bowl.
