Cooking Method

You will need
  • 250g tofu
  • 50 g shredded carrots
  • 20 g oyster mushrooms (finely chopped)
  • 20 g green onions (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 egg
  • Dipping sauce
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 1/2 tsp lime/ lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp chili flakes
  • 1/2 tsp sesame seeds
Instructions
  1. Add all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.

  2. Roll into balls and then gently press them.

  3. Deep-fry/ fry until they are golden brown.

  4. Make the sauce by combining all the ingredients.
