Easy Salted Egg Shrimps
You will need
Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine shrimps, tapioca flour, egg white, salt and black pepper.

Deep fry until golden. Transfer to a plate.

Heat a frying pan over medium heat, melt butter then add minced garlic. Stir for a minute then add salted eggs, sugar and mayo. Stir constantly until you see foam or bubbles.

Add shrimps with a bit salt or soy sauce if desired. Quickly toss and remove from heat immediately.

Sprinkle green onions, paprika and serve!
P/s: It’s so so good I can eat 100 shrimps haha 😭
