Easy Salted Egg Shrimps

I am encouraging you to try this recipe - salted egg shrimps, because it's so good.

It brings fresh air to my meal whenever I feel bored at regular food I've eaten every day!
Let's give it a go guys ...

Cooking Method
Servings 2
You will need
  • 10 shrimps (~ 250-300g)
  • 1/4 cup tapioca flour
  • 1/2 egg white
  • Salt and black pepper (to add to the shrimps)
  • 4-5 salted egg yolks
  • 4 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • Extra salt, soy sauce (if desired)
  • 15 g unsalted butter
  • 1/2-1 tbsp mayo
  • Oil for frying
  • 1 green onion (chopped)
  • A pinch of paprika/ chili powder
Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine shrimps, tapioca flour, egg white, salt and black pepper.

  2. Deep fry until golden. Transfer to a plate.

  3. Heat a frying pan over medium heat, melt butter then add minced garlic. Stir for a minute then add salted eggs, sugar and mayo.  Stir constantly until you see foam or bubbles.

  4. Add shrimps with a bit salt or soy sauce if desired. Quickly toss and remove from heat immediately.

  5. Sprinkle green onions, paprika and serve!

    P/s: It’s so so good I can eat 100 shrimps haha 😭
