Heat a frying pan over medium heat, add cooking oil. Place mushroom slices, scored side down. Cook until they turn golden brown, flip and cook for more 1-2 minutes.
4 Pour in the sauce and bring it to a simmer boil. Make sure that the mushrooms are well-coated.
