Slice the mushrooms into 1 cm thick pieces and score.
In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients to make sauce. Set aside.
Heat a frying pan over medium heat, add cooking oil. Place mushroom slices, scored side down. Cook until they turn golden brown, flip and cook for more 1-2 minutes.
Pour in the sauce and bring it to a simmer boil. Make sure that the mushrooms are well-coated.
Immediately sprinkle green onions.
Serve with steamed rice. BEST 😍😍
