Easy Stir-Fry Beef With Bell Peppers

Ingredients
  • 250 g beef flank (sliced)
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp grated garlic
  • 1/2 tsp grated ginger
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • 1 tsp chili flakes
  • 3 small bell peppers
Instructions
  1. In a bowl, marinate beef with all the sauce and slices. Set aside for 30 mins.

  2. Heat a frying pan over medium high heat, add 2 tbsp cooking oil and beef. Cook for 1-2 mins. Transfer to a plate.

  3. Cook with the same pan, add in bell peppers, cook for 2-3 mins.

  4. Put back the beef and toss for a minute or 2. ( Add salt if needed)

  5. Transfer to a serving plate, sprinkle chopped coriander (optional)
