In a big bowl, add chicken, flour, cornstarch, garlic powder and a pinch of salt. Cover with a plate and shake.
2 Coat each chicken cube in egg wash then breadcrumbs.
3 Deep-fry until it’s golden brown. Transfer to a plate.
4 In a frying pan, add 2 tbsp cooking oil with 2 tbsp garlic. Stir for a minute until fragrant.
5 Add in all the sauce and spices. Bring it to a simmer boil. Stir in chicken and make sure it’s well-coated.
6 Transfer to a serving plate and sprinkle more parsley to serve.
7 P/s: my boy friends had eaten half of the plate before we had dinner. Haha so good!
