In a mixing bowl, add 1 cup of flour, garlic powder, cumin, chili powder, pepper, salt and beer. Mix well and set aside.

In another big bowl, place chicken with 1/2 cup of flour. Shake it until the chicken is coated.

Dip each piece of chicken in the batter and deep-fry until itβs golden. Transfer to a plate and leave it cool for 20 mins.

Double-fry for extra crispy.

Remove all the oil from pan or use another frying pan, melt butter over medium heat and add in garlic. Stir for a minute or less until fragrant. Add honey, soy sauce and ketchup.

Combine and add in fried chicken. Toss well and remove from heat.
