  1. In a big bowl, fill with water then add salt and vinegar. Combine well and place potato slices.
  2. Drain and use a towel to dry the potato.
  3. Deep fry until the potato turns light yellow. Transfer to a plate and leave it for 10 mins.
  4. Deep fry one more time for extra crispy. Just until it turns golden and lightly brown. Don’t burn it ok?
  5. Transfer to a plate.
  6. Heat a pan over medium heat, melt butter and add garlic. Stir for a minute until fragrant. Add in honey and mix well.
  7. Add in the fried potato slices. Toss well for a minute over low medium heat. Don’t burn the garlic ok?
  8. Now play your favorite movie and enjoy the chips haha 😍😍😍
