In a big bowl, fill with water then add salt and vinegar. Combine well and place potato slices.

Drain and use a towel to dry the potato.

Deep fry until the potato turns light yellow. Transfer to a plate and leave it for 10 mins.

Deep fry one more time for extra crispy. Just until it turns golden and lightly brown. Don’t burn it ok?

Transfer to a plate.

Heat a pan over medium heat, melt butter and add garlic. Stir for a minute until fragrant. Add in honey and mix well.

Add in the fried potato slices. Toss well for a minute over low medium heat. Don’t burn the garlic ok?
