Honey Garlic Potato Chips

Ingredients
  • 5 medium potatoes (thinly sliced)
  • 1/8 cup vinegar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 20 g butter
  • 2 tbsp garlic (minced)
  • 50 ml honey
Instructions
  1. In a big bowl, fill with water then add salt and vinegar. Combine well and place potato slices.
  2. Drain and use a towel to dry the potato.
  3. Deep fry until the potato turns light yellow. Transfer to a plate and leave it for 10 mins.
  4. Deep fry one more time for extra crispy. Just until it turns golden and lightly brown. Donโ€™t burn it ok?
  5. Transfer to a plate.
  6. Heat a pan over medium heat, melt butter and add garlic. Stir for a minute until fragrant. Add in honey and mix well.
  7. Add in the fried potato slices. Toss well for a minute over low medium heat. Donโ€™t burn the garlic ok?
  8. Now play your favorite movie and enjoy the chips haha ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜
