Layerred Egg Rolls

Cooking Method: Frying
You will need
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 ham slice (finely chopped)
  • 1/4 cup green onions (chopped)
  • A pinch of salt
  • Cooking oil
Instructions

    In a bowl, whisk all the eggs with a pinch of salt. Strain well.

    Whisk in carrot, green onions and ham.

    Heat a frying pan over medium heat. Add 1 tbsp oil and use a towel to remove most of it.

    Add 1/4 cup at a time ( or more if you use a bigger pan, mine is 20 cm diameter). Spread evenly and until it’s almost set and still wet, roll it and move to a side of the pan. Add another 1/4 cup egg mixture, wait and roll.

    Keep going until the egg mixture is gone. ( Be careful with the last roll, slow down and take it easy)

    Transfer to a board and slice into pieces. ENJOYYY πŸ’•πŸŒ·
