You will need

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, add beef with salt, pepper, cornstarch, baking soda and 1 tbsp oil. Combine and set aside for 20 mins.
  2. Heat a frying pan over medium high heat, add 2 tbsp cooking oil and sear the beef until it’s brown. Transfer to a plate.

  3. In a same pan, add in garlic and stir for 45-60 seconds and stir in onion. Cook until the onion is wilted and caramelized.
  4. Add beef, green onions, cooking wine, soy sauce, brown sugar and chili slices if using. Toss well for 1-2 minutes and remove from heat.
  5. Serve with rice, this is so good 😍😍❤️

when i change servings to 7, it increases the cooking oil to 14 tablespoons and the directions remains saying use 3 cooking oil. I don’t really need to use 14 tbsps, correct?

I got a mistake on the recipe, I fixed it, with 250g beef I marinate 1 tbsp oil and when cooking I use 2 tbsp oil. if you serving 7 let’s add about 2-3 tbsp oil to the beef while marinade and when cooking use 6-7 tbsp oil, this recipe you should cook the beef in oil and later if you see that’s too much oil for onion based on your taste, you always can take some out. I hope this help and cant wait to see your dish 👋
