In a small bowl, mix all the seasonings and set aside
Butterfly a chicken breast and sprinkle the seasoning both sides.
In a swallow dish, combine cornstarch, flour, the remaining seasoning mix and water. Mix well.
Put corn flakes in a zip bag and use a rolling pin to crush into small pieces. Place in another swallow dish.
Dip the chicken in a flour mixture, make sure both sides are coated. Then transfer to the corn flake plate and coat well.
Heat a frying pan over medium heat, add oil. Once oil is ready, place the coated chicken and cook until the bottom turns golden brown, flip and cook the other side.
Slice and serve with your favorite sauce 💕💕🌷
