Ingredients
5 eggs
1tbsp olive oil
3garlic cloves
3 shallots
1tbsp chili sauce
1tbsp soy sauce
1/2tsp rice vinegar
1/2tsp chili flakes, optional
1-2 tsp chili oil
1tbsp honey
1tsp dark soy sauce
Garnish: green onions & sesame seeds
Instructions

1. Cook eggs in boiling water in 5-6 minutes to make running boiled eggs or what you desired. Transfer to an ice bath immediately. Peel them off and set aside.

2. Over medium heat, add oil, garlic and shallot. Stir for a minute until fragrant. Reduce the heat to low and add soy sauce, vinegar, chili sauce, dark soy sauce, honey and chili oil.

3. Stirring the sauce over medium low heat until thickens slightly.

4. Add eggs to the pan and coat with the glossy sauce.

5. Serve over hot steamed rice with seaweed, green onions and sesame seeds.
