Make the sauce by combining all the ingredients. Set aside.
Heat a large frying pan over medium heat, add oil with garlic and shallot. Stir until fragrant.
Crack 5 eggs onto the pan and cover for about 1 minute. Uncover and let it fry for 1-2 minutes ( depends on how you prefer your eggs to be cooked)
Pour in the sauce and cook for 30 seconds.
Sprinkle chili slices and chopped green onions.
