Quick And Delicious Fried Eggs

Cooking Method

You will need
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 1/2 tbsp cooking oil
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp minced shallots
  • 1 chopped green onion
  • 1 chili (sliced)
  • The sauce
  • 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp chili flakes
  • 1/2 tsp sesame seeds
Instructions
  1. Make the sauce by combining all the ingredients. Set aside.

  2. Heat a large frying pan over medium heat, add oil with garlic and shallot. Stir until fragrant.

  3. Crack 5 eggs onto the pan and cover for about 1 minute. Uncover and let it fry for 1-2 minutes ( depends on how you prefer your eggs to be cooked)

  4. Pour in the sauce and cook for 30 seconds.

  5. Sprinkle chili slices and chopped green onions.

  6. Serve over rice, ENJOY 😉💕
