Quick Stir Fry Pork Ribs With Vegetables

I cooked this for my friend last weekend and she approved!

That’s why I am here to share with you an easy quick yet delicious recipe that you can prepare for yourself, your family or friends. They will love it 🙂

Quick Stir Fry Pork Ribs With Vegetables

Servings: 3

You will need

Instructions

  1. Fill a pot with water ( enough to cover pork ribs) with 2-3 slices of ginger and bring it to a boil. Add the pork ribs and cook for about 2 mins.

    Rinse under water, drain and set aside. 

  2. Preparing the sauce by combing all the ingredients from the list and set aside.

    Heat a frying pan over medium heat, add in 2 tbsp oil. Place the pork ribs and cook until they're brown. Transfer to a plate and set aside. 

  3. Use the same pan, add in shallots and garlic, stir for a minute or until it's fragrant. Stir in all the bell peppers and onion, cook for about 2 minutes before adding ribs and the sauce. 

  4. Toss well for 1-2 minutes then add green onions. Toss again and remove from heat. 

    Serve over rice, its so good!!!
