That's why I am here to share with you an easy quick yet delicious recipe that you can prepare for yourself, your family or friends. They will love it :)

Servings: 3
You will need
  • 400 g pork ribs (spare ribs or baby pork ribs)
  • 3 small bell peppers (use different colors if can)
  • 1/2 onion (chopped)
  • 3 green onions (sliced into 2 inch long pieces)
  • 1 tbsp minced shallots
  • 2 tsp minced garlic
  • 2 tbsp cooking oil
  • The sauce
  • 3 tbsp ketchup
  • 2 tbsp Sriracha
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/4-/12 tsp salt (if needed)
  • 3 tbsp water
Instructions
  1. 1

Fill a pot with water ( enough to cover pork ribs) with 2-3 slices of ginger and bring it to a boil. Add the pork ribs and cook for about 2 mins.

Rinse under water, drain and set aside.

  2. 2

Preparing the sauce by combing all the ingredients from the list and set aside.

Heat a frying pan over medium heat, add in 2 tbsp oil. Place the pork ribs and cook until they're brown. Transfer to a plate and set aside.

  3. 3

Use the same pan, add in shallots and garlic, stir for a minute or until it's fragrant. Stir in all the bell peppers and onion, cook for about 2 minutes before adding ribs and the sauce.

  4. 4

Toss well for 1-2 minutes then add green onions. Toss again and remove from heat.

Serve over rice, its so good!!!
