Quick Tasty Zucchini Ramen

You will need
  • 1/2 zucchini (about 150g, sliced)
  • 1 ramen packet (boiled, drained)
  • 2 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds (for garnish)
  • The sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 1/2 tbsp gochugaru (Korean chili powder)
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • A pinch of salt and black pepper
  • 2 tbsp cooked ramen water

    Cook ramen with out seasonings, drained and reserve 2 tbsp ramen water to add in the sauce.

    Make the sauce by combining all the ingredients. Set aside.

    Heat a frying pan over medium high heat, add cooking oil with garlic. Stir until it turns yellow.

    Stir in zucchini and cook until itโ€™s soft. Reduce the heat and add in the ramen along with the sauce. Toss well just until combined. Remove the heat.

    Sprinkle sesame seeds and serve immediately.
