Cook ramen with out seasonings, drained and reserve 2 tbsp ramen water to add in the sauce.
Make the sauce by combining all the ingredients. Set aside.
Heat a frying pan over medium high heat, add cooking oil with garlic. Stir until it turns yellow.
Stir in zucchini and cook until it’s soft. Reduce the heat and add in the ramen along with the sauce. Toss well just until combined. Remove the heat.
Sprinkle sesame seeds and serve immediately.
