Quick Tasty Zucchini Ramen

Cooking Method

You will need
  • 1/2 zucchini (about 150g, sliced)
  • 1 ramen packet (boiled, drained)
  • 2 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds (for garnish)
  • The sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 1/2 tbsp gochugaru (Korean chili powder)
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • A pinch of salt and black pepper
  • 2 tbsp cooked ramen water
Instructions
  1. Cook ramen with out seasonings, drained and reserve 2 tbsp ramen water to add in the sauce.

  2. Make the sauce by combining all the ingredients. Set aside.

  3. Heat a frying pan over medium high heat, add cooking oil with garlic. Stir until it turns yellow.

  4. Stir in zucchini and cook until it’s soft. Reduce the heat and add in the ramen along with the sauce. Toss well just until combined. Remove the heat.

  5. Sprinkle sesame seeds and serve immediately.
