Savory salad dressing

Hey, I know you are waiting for this salad dressing.

I've been busy but here we have the recipe!

Ingredients
  • 160g sugar
  • 100g fish sauce
  • 7-8g salt
  • 60-70g pineapple, divided
  • 35-40g rice vinegar
  • 70-80ml water
  • 25-35g fresh chili, garlic, minced
  • 1-2 tbsp hot sauce
Instructions

    Pan-fry slices of pineapple until charge.

    Add water, fish sauce, sugar, vinegar, hot sauce & salt.

    Bring to a simmer boil for a 3-4 minutes until the dressing has thickened almost like honey.

    Remove the pineapple slices and add a few tablespoons of fresh blended pineapple.

    Stir for a minute and remove from heat.

    Mix in minced garlic & chili.

    Allow it cool down and transfer to a clean jar.

    Store in the fridge up to a month, enjoy your salad with this amazing dressing!
