Flavorful Tender Pork
You will need
Instructions
-
Add lemongrass, shallots and garlic into a chopper, pulse until it's finely chopped.
-
Place pork in mixing bowl and add garlic mixture with the remaining ingredients except oil and green onion. Give the pork a massage, cover and place in the fridge at least 4 hours or overnight.
-
To make green onion oil, add chopped green onion and oil in a bowl, cook in air-fryer for 3 mins at 175C. Carefully when taking it out from the air-fryer, it's really hot! Set aside.
-
Place the pork into an air-fryer and cook at 180C for 12-15 mins. Flip the pork and cook for 6-8 mins at 190C.
-
Slice the pork and add green onion oil, try to not put a lot of oil, just green onion! You also can sprinkle some crushed peanuts to add more flavors. Enjoy!
