Spread all the drumsticks wide and massage with salt and black pepper. Leave it for 15 mins.
Place the drumsticks into a heated pan without oil. Cook over medium heat for 3-4 mins each side until they're golden and the skin is crispy. Transfer to a plate.
Preparing the glaze by combining all the ingredients from the list. Use a brush to apply the glaze onto each drumstick both sides. You can give it a massage then cover with a plastic wrap and put it in the fridge for at lease 1 hour.
Place the chicken in the air-fryer, skin side down and cook for 6-7 mins at 190C. Take it out and brush with the glaze. Cook for another 3-4 mins.
Take the basket out, flip all the drumsticks and brush with the glaze. Sprinkle sesame seeds and cook for 4-5 mins.
Take it out and brush the last time with the glaze. Cook for 4-5 mins.
Transfer to a plate and enjoyyyyyyy 🥳
