Heat a frying pan over medium heat, add 2 tbsp oil and place tofu. Cook until it turns golden. Transfer to a plate and set aside.
2 Add 1 tbsp to the pan and add garlic with shallots. Stir until its fragrant and wilt.
3 Add in bell pepper and cook for 2 minutes before stirring in fried tofu with the sauce.
4 Toss well to make sure the tofu is coated with the sauce evenly. Donβt over cook, just about 1-2 minutes.
5 Sprinkle green onions and toss before serving.
6 Transfer to a plate and sprinkle sesame seeds with chopped green onions for garnish. Enjoy with hot steamed rice guys ππ
