In a big bowl, place chicken with turmeric, salt, pepper, chili powder and garlic powder. Combine well and set aside for 30 mins before adding egg and cornstarch.
Fry/ deep-fry the chicken until golden brown over medium heat. Transfer to a place.
In a frying pan, add 1 tbsp cooking oil with garlic, onion and bell pepper. Cook for about 2 mins until they’re wilt then start adding soy sauce, dark soy, chili sauce, brown sugar, pepper and cornstarch slurry. Bring it to a simmer boil for 30-45 seconds then add fried chicken. Toss to coat and remove from heat.
Serve over rice, enjoy everyone 🙌😉🔥❤️
