Super Crispy Potato Churros

Instructions

  1. Boil potatoes until folk tender. Transfer to a mixing bowl. Mash them well.

  2. Add in green onions, cornstarch and salt. Form to a dough. Rest for 10 mins.

  3.  Turn the dough into churros, or you can just form sticks.

  4. Deep-fry until they are hard, golden brown and super crispy. ( you can put it in the fridge for 15-20 mins before frying if your sticks look broken ) 

  5. Serve with your favorite sauce or just by itself. EXTRA CRISPY I promise 💕🌷
