Super Crispy Potato Churros
You will need
Instructions

Boil potatoes until folk tender. Transfer to a mixing bowl. Mash them well.

Add in green onions, cornstarch and salt. Form to a dough. Rest for 10 mins.

Turn the dough into churros, or you can just form sticks.

Deep-fry until they are hard, golden brown and super crispy. ( you can put it in the fridge for 15-20 mins before frying if your sticks look broken )
