Ingredients
120g ground beef
2 eggs (whisked with a bit salt)
1 garlic clove (minced)
1/2 onion (diced)
1 chili (sliced)
The sauce
1tbsp soy sauce
1/2tbsp oyster sauce
1/4tsp black pepper
1/4tsp brown sugar
1/4tsp cornstarch
2tbsp water

Heat small frying pan over medium low heat, pour the egg in and cook for about 2 mins.

On a serving plate, place a bowl of rice and transfer the omellete to cover the rice. Set aside.

Use the same pan, add about 1 tbsp cooking oil to saute onion for about 1-2 mins. Over the high heat, add in ground beef and quickly stir for about 30-60 seconds.

Pour in the sauce and mix and sprinkle some green onions and chili slices. Cook for about a minute and then pour over the omellete rice plate.

Sprinkle more green onions for garnish. Enjoy, it’s really good guys!
