In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of flour, green onions and beer. Set aside.
In another bowl, place tofu with 1/4 cup of flour, cover with a plate and shake until the tofu is well-coated.
Add tofu cubes into the wet mixture, deep-fry until they’re golden brown. Transfer to a plate and leave it for 15 mins.
Heat the oil again and fry the 2nd time for extra crispy.
Sprinkle paperika, salt and pepper. Toss well then transfer to a serving late.
Sprinkle chopped green onions and enjoy, my boyfriend loves this dish so much hahaha 😂😂
