In a sauce bowl, combine all the ingredient and set aside.
Heat a frying pan over medium heat, saute garlic and onion for 1-2 mins. Move them to a corner of the pan, and add ground pork to cook for 1-2 mins.
Toss the pork with garlic and onion for 30 seconds before adding cabbage, carrot and mushrooms. Cook for 2 minutes until the vegetables are cooked.
Add udon and the sauce. Toss everything well and cook for 1-2 minutes
Sprinkle chopped green onions and serve!
