Let's make a real quick dinner with this delicious beef recipe. You can serve with any veggies you like. For me, it's perfect to pair with some boiled broccoli :))

Ingredients
350g beef of your choice
1tbsp all purpose flour
2 1/2tbsp cornstarch
1/2tsp black pepper
Sauce
4tbsp sweet chili sauce
1 1/2tbsp honey
1tsp dark soy sauce
2tsp soy sauce
1tsp rice vinegar
1tsp minced garlic
1tsp minced/grated ginger
Garnish: green onions
Instructions

Place beef in a bowl and add cornstarch, flour and pepper. Toss until evenly coated.

Heat about 4 tbsp vegetable oil in large skillet and once hot add the beef in one single layer.

Sear until brown then flip to cook other side.

Transfer the beef to a plate and set aside.

Dispose the oil and add all the sauce ingredients and bring it to a simmer.

Stir in the beef and toss well to make sure it's fully coated with the glossy sauce.

Top with fresh green onions and serve with steamed rice!
