Place the chicken thighs in a bowl with the remaining ingredients. Give it a massage and cover. Let it sit for 2 hours.

Place the marinated chicken thighs in an air-fryer, skin down. Cook it for 12 mins at 180C.

Remove from the air-fryer and flip the chicken to crisp the skin.
