  1. Heat a frying pan over medium heat, add 2 tbsp cooking oil, garlic, shallots, chili, green onions and ginger. Stir for 1-2 minutes until it’s fragrant.
  2. Add in brown sugar, chili oil, peanut butter and soy sauce. Combine well and add the noodles.
  3. Quickly mix well and remove from heat immediately.
  4. Transfer to a serving plate, sprinkle chopped green onions, extra chili if desired, sesame seeds and sesame oil.
  5. Mix well and enjoyyyy, it’s REALLY GOOD 😍😍😭
