Spicy and Sour Bell Pepper Tofu

Instructions

  1. Heat a frying pan over medium heat, add 2 tbsp oil and place tofu. Cook until it turns golden. Transfer to a plate and set aside.
  2. Add 1 tbsp to the pan and add garlic with shallots. Stir until its fragrant and wilt.
  3. Add in bell pepper and cook for 2 minutes before stirring in fried tofu with the sauce.
  4. Toss well to make sure the tofu is coated with the sauce evenly. Don’t over cook, just about 1-2 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle green onions and toss before serving.
  6. Transfer to a plate and sprinkle sesame seeds with chopped green onions for garnish. Enjoy with hot steamed rice guys 😍😍
