Instructions

  1. Slice the mushrooms into 1 inch thick pieces.

  2. Combine cornstarch, flour, water and all the seasonings.

  3. Put corn flakes in a zip bag and crush them.

  4. Dip each mushroom piece in a flour mixture then coat with corn flakes. Then transfer to a frying pan (already heated with oil).

  5. Fry until the bottoms are golden brown, flip and frying until finished.

  6. Serve with your favorite sauce, yummy 💕🌷
